All projects DCH Construction completes are permitted through the municipality they are in, with a licensed contractors permit. This give you peace of mind that a licensed General Contractor, Plumber, Electrical and HVAC are completing the work. We also require all trades carry insurance which is a state requirement as well.

We can do anything you can dream in your space. Basements can be your expression or we can match what the builder did on the upper level. Custom wood work, custom paint, home theatres, wet bars, full kitchens, walk out conversions, hidden rooms, vault rooms, steam showers, dry saunas, and a lot more
Our Process
Our team will come to your home and do a measure of the space. Once we have the information we need of your design requirements and must "haves" we will design a plan that suits your needs. We then write a quote and send it to you in email form. When you decide to move forward we offer a design room visit to select and options in your space. We manage every aspects of the project with insight from you on design options. There are only a few items you will purchase outside the proposal, tile, specialty lighting, and LVT flooring if desired (we include carpet). We tend to be more all inclusive than most basement companies including vanities and bar cabinets, fixtures from a leading plumbing company, countertops and hardware which saves you money in the end. Most basements are finished in 6-7 weeks with larger spaces taking slightly longer.
