Initial Consultation
The initial consultation is perhaps the most important step in this process! You’ll want to bring all of your ideas and visions to the table, so we can work together to come up with something perfect for you.

- We schedule a time to measure your basement and gather information on what your dream basement looks like.
- We draw up architectural drawings based on your specifications.
- It is helpful to give us this information at the beginning so we know what to include in your BID request.

Next, We Present
We meet 7-10 business days after taking the measurements to present our bid and plans. We meet at our office to go over the design and bid. We are located at 12503 E Euclid Drive, Suite 80; Centennial CO 80111.
- When you contact us to schedule a review, be sure to mention any discounts you want to take advantage of!
- At that time, we can discuss changes to the plans, upgrades, and additional options.
We Meet Again
The final step before we break ground on construction, this step helps both parties get down to the finer details. This is your last chance to chance to make any large changes to the design plan!
- This time, we meet to sign a contract and collect the initial payment and firm up the start date. If you have any additional changes to the bid and plans, we will discuss them at that time.
- Our start dates are first come, first serve. We only hold the start date with a down payment. Payments are split into thirds, and the first payment is due upon signing the contract.
- The contract will include a detailed list of everything that is included and the scope of work. The contract is for your protection and is a mutual understanding of what is included in the project so there are no surprises.
- We will send you a welcome letter to keep you in the loop throughout the project with a list of items you will be responsible to purchase before construction can begin.
- We want you involved in your basement finishing project and by you purchasing the decorative items, we can help to ensure you love your basement. We will provide the specs needed.
Finally, Your Basement Project Begins
After we have finished the contract and the planning, it’s time for us to get started on your basement! The length of the project will greatly depend on what we are doing, however, basements are our specialty! That means you can guarantee we’ll get the job done as efficiently as possible without sacrificing quality.
